Ago at the Hard Rock
Ago in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino features Tuscan-style Italian food in an upscale, white linen tablecloth setting. The creation of restaurateur Agostino Sciandri, Ago draws in A-list clientele and swank food enthusiasts alike. In fact, Robert De Niro liked the restaurant so much he became a partner.
Ago features fresh salads like insalata di carciofi containing raw baby artichokes with salad frisee, shaved parmesan cheese and a lemon dressing. The restaurant's appetizers include steamed octopus with potatoes and string beans in an olive oil dressing. For entrées, Ago offers Branzino ai Ferri con Pane Profumato, a wild Mediterranean sea bass filet, grilled in aromatic breadcrumbs with vegetables and salmorglio or the Piccione al Forno con Patate e Funghi Selvatici, whole roasted squab with shallots and wild mushroom ragout in his own jus. A selection of soups, pizzas, and pastas are also offered.
Designed by Ralph Gentile, AGO at the Hard Rock includes a sleek and welcoming lounge where diners can sample AGO’s one-of-a kind cocktails and small plates from the bar menu. Guests enter the intimate dining area which features a special “Cava” room designed in the spirit of an underground wine cave.

Rare 120
Rare 120º takes the stuffy steakhouse of the past and turns it upside down. Diners will enjoy classic and contemporary steakhouse cuisine and martinis in a sleek, contemporary atmosphere accented with gleaming exotic wood finishes and brushed stainless steel.
The culinary philosophy of Rare 120º is simple: using fresh and high-quality seasonal ingredients to reinvent classic steakhouse dishes with a deliciously light, modern twist. The cutting edge “a la carte” menu allows the customer to build their ideal steak and choose their sides. Redefined American steakhouse favorites include such items as the Chilled Martini Tower, exquisitely displaying an array of Dungeness crab meat, Pacific prawns, and zesty vodka citron infused cocktail sauce. Carnivorous selections include items such as the Argentinean Grass Fed Ribeye and the Tuscan Veal Chop. With the emphasis on organic and farm raised meats, the discerning customer will be tastefully reminded of the restaurant’s philosophy of quality selection. These dishes and others will be complimented by a full-fledged beverage program including an innovative martini menu and an extensive wine list.

Joe's Stone Crab
Few restaurants in the country have the reputation and history of the original
Joe's Stone Crab restaurant in Miami. Knowing my penchant for Joe's stone crab,
my Miami friends always included a visit to this landmark restaurant. Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab debuted in Chicago in 2000. Choosing Las Vegas as the next location in 2004 was a cool decision. Situated in a prime location in The Forum Shops at Caesars, Joe's features its own valet service on the Strip, patio dining and many other innovations. Desserts are scrumptious, especially the pies. Waistline watchers, rejoice. All
pies are available by the half slice.

Lenin’s head may be missing from the massive entrance
sentry, but there’s nothing absent from this sophisticated
Soviet-inspired dining room. Before heading to a table, stop
by the ice bar for a vodka blitz. Proudly pouring pages full

Cosmo or for a real kick, try sipping on a tall blonde, straight
up and sassy. As for the food, there’s nothing like
the chicken kiev, beef stroganoff or angus filet to keep a
comrade feeling warm and comfy.
